I had the pleasure, yes pleasure of having a Root Canal performed by Dr.Shandra Lee at Mount Vernon Root Canal Specialists on June 30th. The care given to my comfort throughout the procedure by Dr. Lee and her assistant was wonderful as was their knowledge, skill and professionalism, I felt totally at ease and confident in their care. I would not hesitate to recommend the office to anyone needing Root Canal treatment. The front office staff were warm and friendly and so I thank everyone for the care given to me.

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Shandra Lee and the team at Mount Vernon Root Canal Specialists. My root canal went smoothly, and I felt genuinely cared for from the appointment itself to the follow-up call afterward. The office was clear about payment and very understanding about travel delays, which matters a lot as I was coming from the islands and dealing with ferries. I really appreciated their skill, kindness, and flexibility, especially compared with other dental specialists in the area. I felt respected and in very good hands. Highly recommend.

This was my first time coming to Dr. Lee's office. My appt was for a root canal. I have to say, this is one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Dr. Lee and all her staff are so kind, attentive, and explain everything so you know exactly what's happening. I felt very relaxed and in good hands! Afterwards, I was given the instructions I needed for after care. They called me the next morning to check in on how I was doing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mt. Vernon Root Canal to anyone needing an endodontist. You will 100% be in good hands!

Despite having long and curved roots on the tooth that needed treatment and a crown already in place, the outcome of my root canal was very successful. I was able to have the evaluation and the root canal done in one visit with the crown maintained. Within a week my tooth was pain free and no longer sensitive to pressure, heat or cold. Dr Lee explained everything thoroughly. The staff members, from the front desk to the treatment room, were friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Mount Vernon Root Canal Specialists to anyone needing a root canal. Because this is all they do, you are assured of having experienced specialists throughout the process.
